Silicon Graphics (SGI) Support numbers and procedures

Glueball, hybrid, and muon are part of the Notre Dame
SGI Varsity program for support.  Support will end with the
end of the current contract in January 2002.

Hardware support consists of 24-hour board or componenet swap.
System disks are included on glueball and muon.  
All other disks are on 5 year warranty with the manufacturer.
Tape drives are not on maintenance.  Each must be repaired by
arrangement with a repair service, such as Unidata Corp.
